Environmental Trip

Dear 5th Grade Parents and Guardians:

In September your child will be attending the Environmental Camp at Nature’s Classroom in Freedom, Hew Hampshire.  All sixth grade classes will leave for their one-week trip on Monday, September 22, 2008 and will return on Friday, September 26, 2008.

The cost of this trip is $300.00.  A deposit of $150.00 is due by April 7, 2008.  The final payment of the remaining $150.00 is due by May 7, 2008.  Checks should be made payable to Medway Secondary Home and School Association (MSHSA) and given to your child’s homeroom teacher.

Partial and full financial need scholarships are obtainable by sending a written request to Joanne Senier-LaBarre, Middle School Principal.  All request and scholarships are confidential and should be submitted as soon as possible.

Registration and health forms for Nature’s Classroom were sent home.  Completed forms are to be returned in the envelope provided.  Please attach final payment to the envelope and return to your child’s homeroom teacher by May 7, 2008.  All payments and forms must be returned in order for your child to attend the environmental trip.  If you have any questions, please call.
